Multifunctional interior

Lokaal 01 is a cultural organisation in Breda, the Netherlands. The assignment was to design a multifunctional interior for meeting room within a small room, all of this for a small budget.
To be able to do so the interior was to be created out of affordable wood with all necessary functions merged into it. The interior is set up in perspective to the rays of sunlight falling through one of the windows in the room at noon. The wood panneling runs out of the floor into the wall onto the ceiling, shaping a large meeting table, and contains a cabinet for business materials and documents. Keeping the rest of the floor and walls in plain white, combined with the strong perspective lines derived from the sun through the window, the meeting room appears bigger than it is.
